ORO Resolves to Acquire Own Shares
TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – ORO CO.,LTD. (3983.T) resolved at a board meeting held on March 18, 2026, to acquire own shares based on provisions stipulated under Article 165(3) of the Companies Act, which applies by analogy to Article 156 of the same act.
As of July 31, 2026, the company has acquired a total of 1,200,000 ordinary shares valued at ¥120 million during the acquisition period from July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026. The resolution also includes plans to acquire up to 2,000,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.489% of the outstanding share capital excluding treasury stock, with a total value cap of ¥200 million.
