TOKYO, Apr 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Orix Jreit Inc. (8954.T) reported non-consolidated results for fiscal year 2026 ending February.

Revenue was ¥31.2 billion (+9.7% YoY). operating profit was ¥16,250 million (+14.9%).

Net profit attributable to shareholders was ¥14,404 million (+15.3%). Total assets stood at ¥740 billion with an equity ratio of 47.6%.
