TOKYO, May 28 (Pulse News Wire) – Oriental Land CO.,LTD. (4661.T) disclosed its relationship with affiliate Keisei Electric Railway Co., Ltd.

As of March 31, 2026, Keisei Electric holds 20.02% of Oriental Land's voting rights directly and 0.08% through related companies, totaling 20.10%. Keisei Electric is recognized as a significant affiliate due to its 20.10% stake. Oriental Land maintains a cooperative relationship within the group but operates independently, making its own decisions without interference.

One outside director and two outside audit committee members of Oriental Land previously served on Keisei Electric’s board. Transactions between Oriental Land and Keisei Electric are minor. There is no operational impact from the affiliation, allowing Oriental Land to conduct business freely while maintaining necessary cooperation with the parent company group.
