TOKYO, May 18 (Pulse News Wire) – Oomitsu CO.,LTD. (3160.T) announced organizational changes and personnel moves effective June 1, 2026.

The management planning department will be integrated into the management division. Additionally, Yoshio Gojo will transition from executive officer and head of the management planning department to deputy head of the management division. The updated organizational structure includes the management division overseeing purchasing, sales, and internal operations.

Key positions within the organization remain unchanged, with Kimitoshi Kaneshiro continuing as president and CEO.
