One REIT 's Asset Manager Mizuho REIT Management Announces Audit Committee Member Resignation

TOKYO, Jun 24 (Pulse News Wire) – One Reit,inc. (3290.T) announced that its asset manager, Mizuho Reit Management Co., Ltd., received a resignation notice from audit committee member Fukushima Masafusa effective June 24, 2026.

Fukushima, who served as a non-executive auditor, submitted his resignation which was accepted by Mizuho Reit Management. The company stated that it would comply with applicable laws such as the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the Land and Building Transaction Business Act, and proceed with necessary filings and procedures.
