Oki Electric Industry to Sell Huurikku Shares; Price to Be Determined Between May 21, 2026 and May 22, 2026

TOKYO, May 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Oki Electric Industry Company,limited (6703.T) announced today that it will participate as a selling party in Huurikku Corporation's share issuance and sell its ordinary shares of Huurikku Corporation. The number of shares to be sold is 10,000,000.

The sale price to the underwriter will be determined on either May 21, 2026 or May 22, 2026. Following the determination of the sale price, Oki Electric will promptly disclose any impact on its performance if necessary.
