OCHI Holdings Announces Organizational Changes and Management Shifts Effective June 1, 2026

TOKYO, May 28 (Pulse News Wire) – Ochi Holdings CO.,LTD. (3166.T) announced organizational changes and management shifts effective June 1, 2026.

The company established a new department called the Strategic Planning Headquarters to strengthen its business strategy. Under this headquarters, a Strategic Planning Department will be created.

Additionally, Katsuharu Tanagawa, currently serving as Executive Director and Managing Officer of the Administration Headquarters, will also take on the role of Executive Director and Head of the newly formed Strategic Planning Headquarters while retaining his previous position. In related personnel moves, Tsutomu Tsuchi, President and CEO, will concurrently serve as Special Assignments Officer to the President.
