OBIC Completes Restricted Share Distribution Following June Board Resolution

TOKYO, Jul 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Obic CO.,LTD. (4684.T) completed the distribution of restricted shares as part of its share-based compensation plan.

The resolution was made during the board meeting held on June 25, 2026. Under this distribution, OBIC transferred ordinary shares totaling 22,700 to four of its directors, excluding external directors.

Each share was valued at ¥3,739, resulting in a total distribution value of ¥84.9 million.
