Nyle Acquires NEW PHASE to Expand Education Business
TOKYO, Jul 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Nyle Inc. (5618.T) announced that its board of directors decided on July 23 to acquire 80 shares of NEW PHASE Co., making it a subsidiary.
The acquisition price includes advisory fees totaling approximately ¥7 million. Following the acquisition, which is scheduled to take place on August 1, Nyle plans to purchase additional shares based on NEW PHASE's performance up to December 2029. NEW PHASE, founded in April 2024, operates video editing schools and AI education programs. Its strong customer acquisition capabilities through social media and comprehensive support services contribute to high profitability.
By integrating NEW PHASE’s customer acquisition model with Nyle’s extensive experience in digital marketing, the companies aim to diversify their student recruitment channels and improve efficiency. Additionally, Nyle intends to offer practical opportunities for graduates through its freelance talent provision service, Nyle X Partners, fostering a complete ecosystem within the group. Financial highlights show NEW PHASE had total assets of ¥2.6 million and sales revenue of ¥14.4 million in fiscal 2025, increasing to ¥15.5 million and ¥34.6 million respectively in fiscal 2026. The acquisition is expected to have a minor impact on Nyle Group’s consolidated results for the fiscal year ending December 2026, but any significant changes will be disclosed promptly.
