NTT UD REIT Investment Invests 506 Units, Ends Self-Investment Program

TOKYO, Aug 04 (Pulse News Wire) – NTT UD REIT Investment Corporation (8956.T) announced the acquisition of 506 units during August 2026, bringing the total number of acquired units since June 18, 2026, to 14,934. The total purchase value was ¥2 billion.

The self-investment program concluded based on the resolution made at the board meeting held on June 17, 2026. All acquired units will be canceled according to the decision made at the same meeting, scheduled for October 30, 2026.

In addition, the company plans to cancel a total of 14,934 units, representing 1.02% of the outstanding units prior to cancellation. Following the cancellation, the remaining issued units will be 1,453,301 without any self-held units.

Looking ahead, the company expects no significant impact on performance due to these actions, maintaining previously disclosed forecasts for the fiscal years ending October 2026 and April 2027.
