NPT Delists Shares from Tokyo Pro Market
TOKYO, Jul 29 (Pulse News Wire) – NPT CO.,LTD. (311A.T) announced that its ordinary shares will be delisted from the Tokyo Pro Market effective July 30, 2026.
Since listing on January 30, 2025, the company has received support from shareholders and stakeholders alike, expressing gratitude for their understanding and backing. Following the delisting, various procedures will commence once the shareholder registry is finalized post-delisting. Shareholders will need to provide personal seals and certification documents for verification purposes moving forward.
Additionally, requests for share balance certificates can be made through Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, which will take approximately three weeks to process. Share transfers require joint signatures from buyers and sellers, along with completed share transfer request forms, personal seals, and valid certification documents. All such requests should be directed to Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation.
