TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Nojima CO.,LTD. (7419.T) announced that it completed its share repurchase program during the period from July 01, 2026, to July 31, 2026, without acquiring any shares.
The total value of the repurchased shares was ¥0. According to the resolution made at the board meeting held on February 17, 2026, the company aimed to repurchase up to 3 million shares ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.03% of the outstanding shares excluding treasury stock, with a total acquisition cost limit of ¥3.300 billion.
The repurchase period was set from February 18, 2026, to February 17, 2027, through market purchases including ToSTNeT-3 transactions on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. As of July 31, 2026, the cumulative number of shares acquired was 803,300, with a total acquisition cost of ¥872.2 million.
