Nippon Ski Resort Development Reorganizes Structure and Appoints New Leadership

TOKYO, Jul 01 (Pulse News Wire) – Nippon Ski Resort Development CO.,LTD. (6040.T) has reorganized its structure and appointed new leadership roles effective July 01, 2026.

The changes aim to enhance digital marketing efforts and promote inbound tourism alongside domestic customer growth through initiatives such as diverse lift ticket options and membership programs. As part of these strategic shifts, the company established the "Tourism DX Promotion Headquarters," integrating the Planning Department, Consulting Department, and Digital Strategy Coordination Room. Additionally, the Management Department now includes Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, and General Affairs divisions. The Legal Compliance Department was renamed Corporate Governance Headquarters and now houses the Legal Division and Internal Control Division.

A new Group Control Promotion Office has also been created. Effective June 01, 2026, Hiroyuki Takagi was appointed as Executive Director CDO, Tourism DX Promotion Headquarters Chief, Sales Planning Department Head, and Digital Senryaku Sui. On June 15, 2026, Shinakazu Moriguchi took on the role of Legal Department Chief and Internal Control Department Chief within the Corporate Governance Headquarters. These organizational adjustments reflect the company's commitment to advancing digital transformation across its mountain resort operations while strengthening group management and governance structures.
