Nippon Prologis REIT Completes Acquisition and Transfer of Real Estate Interests

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Nippon Prologis Reit,inc. (3283.T) completed the acquisition of a co-ownership interest in ProLogis Park Chiba 2 on January 16, 2025 and the transfer of a co-ownership interest in ProLogis Park Funabashi 5 on January 21, 2026, as previously announced.

The company acquired a co-ownership interest of 18% in ProLogis Park Chiba 2 and transferred a co-ownership interest of 33% in ProLogis Park Funabashi 5, as planned. Details of the transactions were disclosed in earlier press releases dated January 16, 2025 and January 21, 2026.
