TOKYO, May 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Nippon Pigment Holdings Company Limited (4119.T) announced leadership changes and board appointments effective June 26, 2026. Additionally, Shunichiro Tokuda will take on the role of Executive Vice President, while external directors Ken'ichi Muramatsu and Yoshiko Suzuki will retire from their positions as audit committee members.
New appointees include Ken'uo Urado and Hiromi Kirishima as external directors with audit committee roles. At the upcoming annual shareholders meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026, further board restructuring will be proposed, including Tokuda's appointment as a director.
Current chairman Kato will step down from his position as representative director. The changes aim to strengthen governance and strategic direction within the company.
