Nippon Kanzai Holdings Reorganizes Structure and Appoints New Roles
TOKYO, Jul 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Nippon Kanzai Holdings CO.,LTD. (9347.T) announced organizational changes and personnel appointments effective August 1, 2026.
At the July 23 board meeting, the company decided to restructure its organization to enhance internal controls, improve risk management, and optimize operations. Specifically, the Internal Control and Group Risk Management Department will be split into two separate units: the Internal Control Room under the CFO and the Risk Management function transferred to the Corporate Affairs Division.
Additionally, the Marketing Promotion Office will move from the Business Planning Officer to the CFO's jurisdiction to integrate marketing efforts with financial analysis for strategic growth. In related personnel moves, Chika Sasakura was appointed as the head of the newly established Internal Control Room, replacing her previous role as deputy head of the Group Risk Management Department.
All changes take effect on August 1, 2026.
