Chubu Foundation, established on December 26, 1981, operates primarily in pile driving, civil engineering works, concrete product sales, and comprehensive leasing services. As of March 2025, the company reported revenue of ¥491 million. Following the acquisition, Nippon Hume now holds 20,000 shares, representing 100% of voting rights.
