Nippon Denko Decides to Cancel Treasury Shares

TOKYO, Aug 05 (Pulse News Wire) – Nippon Denko CO.,LTD. (5563.T) resolved at its board meeting held on August 05, 2026, to cancel treasury shares based on Article 178 of the Companies Act.

The company plans to cancel ordinary shares totaling 11,948,808. This represents 8.69% of the outstanding shares prior to cancellation. The cancellation is scheduled for August 21, 2026.
