The appointments will be formally decided at the upcoming annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026. Among the key changes, Noritake Masayuki, currently serving as executive vice president at ALSOK Corporation, will join as a new director responsible for human resources management, corporate ethics, and care services.
