Nippn Nippon Corp Adjusts Shareholder Benefits Program Starting Mar 31, 2027

TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – NIPPN Corporation (2001.T) announced changes to its shareholder benefits program effective March 31, 2027. The revised plan includes increased rewards for shareholders holding shares for longer periods.

Under the new scheme, shareholders who hold 100 shares continuously for more than half a year will receive a benefit equivalent to ¥1,000. Those holding 200 shares for more than six months will get a benefit worth ¥2,500. Shareholders listed in the company's share registry as of March 31, 2027, will qualify for these enhanced benefits.

Additionally, those maintaining holdings of 500 shares for three consecutive years will receive a benefit valued at ¥7,000. The company also plans to integrate the annual benefits offered previously in September into the March benefits cycle while expanding the overall offerings. The adjustments aim to enhance shareholder engagement and appreciation for long-term investment.
