Nihon Decoluxe Transfers Assets, Adjusts FY27 Outlook
TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Nihon Decoluxe (7950.NG) announced plans to divest two properties and acquire a new asset, impacting its fiscal year 2027 outlook. The company expects to record a special gain of approximately ¥1.607 billion from the sale of assets during the third quarter ending September 2026, leading to an upward revision in net profit forecasts.
Under the deal, Nihon Decoluxe will transfer two buildings and land parcels located at Tokyo, Meguro Ku Aobadai San Choume5055 and Tokyo, Meguro Kuka Meguro Ni Choume3812, totaling 3368.12 square meters of floor space and 900.48 square meters of land area, respectively. The transaction is scheduled for completion on October 27, 2026. Simultaneously, the firm will purchase a new property consisting of a steel-reinforced concrete building with eight floors above ground and one below, covering 2423.86 square meters of floor space and situated at Tokyo, Minato Ku Shibadaimon Ni Choume605.
The acquisition is set to close on October 27, 2026. As a result of these transactions, the company revised its full-year 2027 financial projections. Previously, Nihon Decoluxe forecast revenue of ¥6.400 billion, operating profit of ¥600 million, ordinary profit of ¥730 million, and net profit of ¥530 million.
Now, the updated estimates stand at ¥6.400 billion in revenue, ¥600 million in operating profit, ¥730 million in ordinary profit, and ¥1.630 billion in net profit, marking a significant increase of 207.5% in net profit compared to the previous estimate.
