Nichirin Changes Shareholder Benefits Program to Digital Gifts
TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Nichirin CO.,LTD. (5184.T) announced changes to its shareholder benefits program, replacing Q-card vouchers with digital gift options effective December 31, 2026.
Under the revised plan, shareholders holding 100 shares or more for one to three years will receive digital gifts worth up to ¥1,000 points, while those holding shares for three years or more will receive up to ¥3,000 points. Similarly, shareholders with 1,000 or 5,000 shares will receive increased point allocations of ¥2,000, ¥4,000, ¥3,000, and ¥5,000 respectively. Shareholders will select their preferred digital gift via a web portal included in dividend-related documents mailed out in late March annually.
Selection deadlines are June 30 each year, beyond which redemption procedures cannot be processed. Available digital gift options include PayPay Points, Amazon Gift Cards, Edy Gift IDs, d Points, au PAY Gift Cards, QUO Card Pay, WAON POINT eGifts, Google Play Gift Codes, Apple Gift Cards, nanaco Gifts, Ponta Point Codes, Bookstore Gift Certificates, Uber Gift Cards, and V Points. rather than individual gift providers.
Shareholders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions associated with each digital gift option.
