Nice Corp Acquires Stake in Mountain Co Through Tender Offer

TOKYO, Aug 04 (Pulse News Wire) – Nice Corporation (8089.T) completed its tender offer for shares of Mountain Co. (code: 7,426) on August 03, 2026.

As a result, Nice will acquire 703,834 shares of Mountain Co. on August 10, 2026, making Mountain Co. a subsidiary. Additionally, Nice plans to purchase all shares held by Estate Yamada-In and Yamato Forest Development without a public offer, totaling 101 million shares, also effective August 10, 2026.

Mountain Co., headquartered in Miyagi, Ishinomaki Shi Shiomi Machi, operates in timber harvesting, lumber processing, and residential materials sales. Its capital stands at ¥1.103 billion as of March 31, 2026. With recent annual revenues reaching ¥4.102 billion, Nice's acquisition solidifies their strategic partnership aimed at enhancing pre-cut wood processing and domestic timber supply.
