NGK Completes Employee Share Incentive Transfer, Adjusts Allocation Details
TOKYO, Jul 29 (Pulse News Wire) – NGK Corporation (5333.NG) completed the payment procedures for the issuance of restricted share incentives to its employee stockholding association as decided in the board meeting held on May 21, 2026. Initially planned to issue 66,630 shares, the allocation was adjusted due to partial cancellation rights exercised by some members.
Under the revised plan, NGK transferred a total of ¥355.0 million through a private placement method to the NGK Employees' Holding Association. The price per share was set at ¥5,456.
The adjustment reflects changes in the number of participating employees who agreed to the incentive program. This disclosure updates the initial notice released on May 21, 2026, detailing the adjustments made to the share distribution process.
