NEXT Funds Topix-17 REAL Announces Dividend Distribution

TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – NEXT FUNDS TOPIX-17 Real Estate ETF (1633.T) has finalized dividend distributions for the calculation period ending July 15, 2026. According to the notice, holders of 100 units of the ETF will receive ¥7,580 per share.

The distribution covers the period from July 16, 2025, to July 15, 2026.
