NEXT Funds Topix-17 Adjusts Subscription Deadline Time

TOKYO, May 19 (Pulse News Wire) – Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. (management code 13,064), represented by CEO and President Shuichi Ooka, announced changes to the subscription deadline times for its suite of 33 ETFs, effective July 14.

The revised time for subscriptions and exchanges will be 4 p.m., up from the previous 3:30 p.m. This adjustment does not apply to companies issuing securities included in the targeted indices. The changes aim to enhance investor convenience and operational efficiency.

There will be no written resolutions or objection procedures due to the non-material nature of the amendments. The amended trust agreement schedule will be filed by July 14 and applied on July 15. Investors should note that sales companies might have varying cut-off times.

The trading of these ETFs on the Tokyo Stock Exchange remains unaffected.
