NEC Capital Solutions Elects New Board Members at Annual Meeting

TOKYO, Jun 29 (Pulse News Wire) – NEC Capital Solutions Limited (8793.T) elected nine directors and one auditor. The board members selected include Masami Suganuma, Shogo Hirano, Takashi Arai, Yuichi Tsukada, Takako Hagiwara, Tatsumasa Seki, Miyuki Tokura, Jimi Makuguro, and Koji Omae.

The auditor chosen was Yoshinosuke Koizumi. The election results showed overwhelming support for the proposed candidates. For instance, Suganuma received 187,495 votes, while Omae garnered 174,771 votes.

All nominees secured more than 92.69% approval, satisfying the requirement for a resolution to pass, which necessitates a majority vote from shareholders holding more than one-third of the total voting rights. In addition, the meeting confirmed that the resolutions met legal requirements based on pre-meeting and day-of-meeting voting tallies. As such, some votes from attendees whose preferences could not be verified were excluded from the final count without affecting the outcome.
