Ncs&A to Cancel Shares Based on Previous Acquisition Decision

TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Ncs&a CO.,LTD. (9709.T) announced today that it has resolved to cancel shares based on Article 178 of the Companies Act.

The decision follows the acquisition of shares previously disclosed on August 19, 2025, which allowed for up to 1,400,000 shares to be acquired. As of July 31, 2026, the total number of shares available for cancellation stands at 3,000,000. The company plans to cancel 3,000,000 shares, representing 16.67% of the outstanding shares prior to cancellation.

The cancellation is scheduled for August 31, 2026. Post-cancellation, the total number of issued shares will be 15,000,000. As of July 29, 2026, the company held 3,150,433 self-owned shares.

Following the cancellation, the remaining self-owned shares will amount to 150,433, calculated based on the holdings as of July 29, 2026.
