TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Nakanishi Mfg. CO.,LTD.

(5941.T) decided to sell its headquarters property due to aging facilities and long-term strategic planning considerations. The Osaka-based property includes approximately ¥600 million worth of land and buildings covering 2485.33 square meters and 4375.66 square meters respectively. Details such as the buyer's identity and transaction price remain undisclosed. The sale agreement is expected to be finalized on September 30, 2026, with the physical handover scheduled for September 29, 2028.

As part of the deal, the company anticipates recognizing around ¥600 million in special gains during the fiscal year ending March 2029. Nakanishi Mfg. CO.,LTD. confirmed there are no significant capital, personal, or commercial ties with the buyer.

The transaction aligns with the company’s broader strategy to optimize real estate holdings and enhance operational efficiency.
