Nakabohtec Corrosion Nakabohtec to Buy Back Shares Amid Capital Alliance Changes
TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Nakabohtec Corrosion Protecting CO.,LTD. (1787.T) announced plans to repurchase shares through a private placement transaction on TOSTNET-3 on August 04, 2026, at 8:45 AM.
The move follows the resolution to terminate its capital alliance with Mitsui Metal Corporation and establish a new partnership with Huuric Corporation. The company will acquire up to 290,500 ordinary shares, representing 11.85% of the outstanding shares excluding treasury stocks.
The total value of the buyback is capped at ¥1.723 billion. As of March 31, 2026, Nakabohtec had 150,487 treasury shares out of a total of 2,452,013 outstanding shares. The results of the share repurchase will be disclosed immediately following the trading session on August 04, 2026.
Notably, the number of shares to be acquired remains fixed, but market conditions could affect whether the entire amount is purchased.
