TOKYO, Aug 04 (Pulse News Wire) – Nakabohtec Corrosion Protecting CO.,LTD. (1787.T) corrected shareholding details related to capital tie-ups and self-share acquisitions previously disclosed on August 03, 2026.
The corrections stem from adjustments made through the Tokyo Stock Exchange's off-market buyback system (TOSTNET-3). As a result, the number of shares acquired from Mitsui Metal Corporation (2084.T) was revised to 190,000. Consequently, Mitsui Metal’s post-adjustment voting rights count changed from 31.94% to 31.94%.
