Nagoya Electric Works SETS UP NOMINATION & COMPENSATION COMMITTEE

TOKYO, Jun 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Nagoya Electric Works CO.,LTD. (6797.NG) decided to establish an independent Nomination & Compensation Committee during its board meeting held.

The committee aims to enhance fairness, transparency, and objectivity in the nomination and compensation processes for directors and executive officers, thereby strengthening corporate governance. The committee’s responsibilities include reviewing matters such as the appointment and dismissal of directors and executive officers, determining remuneration, and planning succession strategies.

It will consist of three or more members, with a majority being independent outside directors. The chairperson will also be selected from among the independent outside directors through committee resolution.
