The company acquired 27,000 shares for a total of ¥33,695,100 during the period from July 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026 through open market purchases. The board authorized the repurchase of up to 230,000 shares with a maximum expenditure of ¥200,000,000, valid through November 30, 2026.
