NAC Completes Share Repurchase

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – NAC CO.,LTD. (9788.T) completed the repurchase and cancellation of its own shares, according to a resolution made during the board meeting held on July 24, 2026, based on Article 178 of the Companies Act.

The company repurchased a total of 3,000,000 ordinary shares, which represents 6.4% of the outstanding shares prior to the repurchase. The repurchase was finalized.

Following the completion of the share repurchase, the total number of outstanding shares stands at 43,613,500.
