TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – MOS Food Services,inc. (8153.T) completed the acquisition of shares in B-W-O Co., Ltd.

On July 31, 2026, making B-W-O a wholly-owned subsidiary. Key details of B-W-O include: headquarters located at Tokyo, Toshima Ku Nishiikebukuro; capital of ¥49 million; established on July 27, 2015; main business involves operating dining establishments; and major shareholder ratio of Mos Food Services being 100%.
