TOKYO, May 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Morio Denki CO.,LTD. (6647.T) has announced changes to its board of directors effective June 26, 2026, pending approval at the upcoming annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for the same day.

The company's board meeting held today decided on the appointment of Sakakawa Masahiro as a new non-executive auditor. Meanwhile, Horikoshi Tsuhiko, currently serving as a non-executive auditor, will retire.
