TOKYO, Jul 01 (Pulse News Wire) – Mori Hills REIT Investment Corporation (3234.T) disclosed that it acquired 2,002 shares of itself in June 2026 through open-market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The total acquisition cost was ¥253.8 million.
The acquisitions took place during the period from June 01, 2026 to June 30, 2026 based on agreements with securities firms. According to resolutions made at the board meeting held on March 17, 2026, the investment trust could acquire up to 6,800 shares, representing 0.36% of the outstanding shares excluding self-held units.
The total value of the potential acquisitions was capped at ¥1 billion. As of June 30, 2026, the corporation had cumulatively acquired 6,345 shares with a total value of ¥835.9 million.
