Mitsuchi Corp to Appoint New Directors After Shareholders Meeting on Sept 25

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Mitsuchi Corporation (3439.NG) announced changes to its board of directors following a resolution made at the July 31 board meeting. The appointments will take effect after approval at the scheduled September 25 annual shareholders' meeting, followed by a subsequent board session.

Key personnel changes include: - Village Yosho, currently director, will transition to advisor. - Nagata Kaeko, previously executive officer managing director and general affairs manager, will be appointed as director-general affairs manager. - A new candidate for a supervisory committee member director, Hanamura Miharu, will also be selected.
