TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Mitsuboshi Belting has authorised a share repurchase programme capped at 1 Billion Yen (1.07% of issued shares excluding treasury).

The acquisition period runs from August 10, 2026 through October 30, 2026.
