Mitra Group to Launch Inheritance Services Subsidiary on Aug 1

TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Mitra Group,inc. (6093.T) announced plans to establish a specialized subsidiary focused on inheritance services.

The decision was made during a board meeting held. The new entity, named Mitra Succession Support Co., Ltd., will aim to streamline inheritance-related processes and enhance service quality through expertise in consulting, system development, and AI utilization. The subsidiary will be headquartered at Tokyo, Chiyoda Ku Ootemachi Ni Choume 2-1 and is scheduled to commence operations on September 1, 2026. It will offer comprehensive services including inheritance investigations, estate planning consultations, and related systems sales and maintenance. The capital of the new company stands at ¥30 million.

Mitra Succession Support Co., Ltd. will be wholly owned by MITRA Group, which holds a 100% stake. The company's management structure includes representatives from MITRA Group, ensuring continuity and expertise. The establishment of this subsidiary is expected to have a minor impact on the group’s consolidated performance for the fiscal year ending February 2027.
