Mirai Industry OUTLINES THREE-YEAR PLAN TO BOOST PROFITS AND SHAREHOLDER RETURNS
TOKYO, Jul 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Mirai Industry CO.,LTD. (7931.NG) outlined its three-year strategic plan covering fiscal years 2027 through 2029.
The plan aims to achieve revenue of ¥52.68 billion, operating profit of ¥7.770 billion, ordinary profit of ¥7.909 billion, and net profit attributable to parent shareholders of ¥5.285 billion by the final year. Key initiatives include enhancing operational efficiency, increasing shareholder returns, strengthening investor relations activities, and reinforcing ESG management. Specifically, the company plans to boost its operating margin to 12% to 14% percent and maintain dividend payout ratios of either 50% percent or a dividend yield of 3% percent, whichever is higher.
In addition, MIRAI INDUSTRY will focus on capital cost awareness and stock price considerations, aiming to improve return on equity (ROE) to 8% to 10% percent and earnings per share (EPS) growth to 12% percent annually. The company also committed to enhancing transparency through increased engagement with investors and improved sustainability reporting. The detailed plan includes projected sales of 48,530 million yen, 51,483 million yen, and 52,679 million yen for fiscal years 2027, 2028, and 2029 respectively, along with targeted operating profits of 6,232 million yen, 7,416 million yen, and 7,770 million yen.
