Microad to Buy Back Up to 291,595 Shares via TO-STNET-3 Starting July 21
TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Microad,inc. (9553.T) resolved to repurchase up to 291,595 ordinary shares through the TO-STNET-3 system beginning July 21, according to a resolution made at the board meeting held on July 17.
The buyback aims to mitigate potential dilution effects from convertible bonds issuance and future stock option exercises while enhancing capital efficiency. The company approached CyberAgent, another related entity, which agreed to sell some of its holdings in MicroAd. CyberAgent confirmed it does not plan to sell its remaining shares on the open market post-buyback and intends to maintain long-term holdings.
