Meiko Network Japan APPOINTS NEW DIRECTORS AND AUDITOR CANDIDATES

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Meiko Network Japan CO.,LTD. (4668.T) announced changes in its board of directors and the appointment of new director candidates following a meeting held.

The appointments will be finalized at the 42nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for November 20, 2026. New Director Candidates (excluding audit committee members): Asami Mizu Mahito, born December 7, 1976, joined the company in October 2005 and has held various positions including Deputy General Manager of Meikou Education Business Corporation, Head of Academic Affairs Department, Auditor of Meikou Education Business Corporation, and more recently, Senior Executive Officer and President of the Kanto Shonan Region Company. He currently serves as Vice President of the Meikou Academy Business Division and Senior Executive Officer and President of the Kanto Shonan Hokuriku Region Company.

Audit Committee Member Candidate: Miya Ki Yukiko, born February 12, 1972, started her career at Daiichi Life Asset Management Research Institute in April 1994. Currently, she holds the position of Fellow at the Customer Experience Unit of Daiichi Life and is also a Councilor at the SFC Forum. Resigning Directors: Iwase Kana Ko, an external director and auditor, will step down from her roles.
