Media Kobo Extends Shareholder Benefits Program Through August 2026

TOKYO, Jul 02 (Pulse News Wire) – Media Kobo,inc. (3815.T) announced the continuation of its shareholder benefits program through the fiscal year ending August 2026 without changes from the current system.

The program aims to deepen long-term understanding and support among shareholders while enhancing the investment appeal and liquidity of the company's shares. Under the program, shareholders who hold 100 units (single lot) or more of Media Kobo stock will receive digital gifts worth ¥2,000 during the interim benefit period and ¥2,500 during the final benefit period, provided they maintain their holdings for over one year since the inception of the program. Interim benefits will be sent in May, while final benefits will be included with the notice for the annual general meeting scheduled for November.

Shareholders should note that the QR codes used for claiming these benefits have expiration dates and require a digital device such as a smartphone or PC for redemption. Any issues related to lost, stolen, or tampered QR codes will not be addressed by the company.
