MBK Forms Joint Venture with AI Technology Co., Ltd.

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – MBK CO.,LTD. (3121.T) announced the establishment of a joint venture, DogEye Corp., with AI Technology Co., Ltd.

The decision was approved during the board meeting held. DogEye Corp. will focus on developing and selling advanced security cameras equipped with artificial intelligence technology. The new entity plans to target various sectors such as real estate management companies, developers, hotels, commercial facilities, hospitals, and nursing homes. MBK CO.,LTD. will hold a capital stake of 50.0% in DogEye Corp., while AI Technology Co., Ltd.

Will own 50.0%. The joint venture's capital amount is set at ¥1 million. Establishment of DogEye Corp. is expected to contribute positively to MBK’s long-term performance. However, the company anticipates minimal impact on its fiscal year ending October 2026. Should significant events affecting future earnings arise, MBK will promptly disclose them.
