Manaby to Transfer IT Engineering Business Unit to Renaissance Lupan
TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Manaby CO.,LTD. (9222.T) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Manaby Alt, will transfer its IT engineering business unit to Renaissance Lupan.
The decision was made during a board meeting held . The transaction aims to leverage Renaissance Lupan's existing infrastructure and growth environment to further develop the transferred business and expand opportunities for engineers involved. Manaby Alt’s IT engineering business includes services such as system engineering, software development, and IT talent cultivation. The transfer involves eight engineers. Manaby Alt, established on July 1, 2025, operates from Sendai and has a capital of ¥20 million. The company is fully owned by Manaby CO.,LTD., which also appoints key personnel to Manaby Alt’s management roles.
Financial details of the business being transferred were not disclosed due to confidentiality reasons. However, the fiscal year ending March 2026 saw sales of ¥59 million. Renaissance Lupan, founded in September 2014, specializes in systems engineering services, cloud computing, and education-focused IT support. It has a capital of ¥10 million and is headquartered in Iwate, Morioka Shi Chuuou Toori San Choume. The transfer agreement was finalized , with the transfer scheduled to take place on August 31, 2026, and the new operational structure set to begin on September 1, 2026. Manaby expects the impact on its consolidated performance to be minor but will promptly disclose any significant developments related to this transaction.
