Lobtex Not Joining Accounting Standards Organization Despite Tokyo Exchange Requirement

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Lobtex CO.,LTD. (5969.T) disclosed that as of June 25, 2026, it had not joined the Public Accounting Foundation, which is required by the Tokyo Stock Exchange's listing regulations.

The company stated that it has never joined the organization since its establishment. However, LOBTEX maintains that it effectively manages accounting standards through close cooperation with auditing firms, participation in seminars, and regular subscriptions to related publications.

Regarding future plans, LOBTEX said it currently does not intend to join the foundation due to cost considerations but will continue to evaluate the need based on changes in accounting standards, IFRS adoption, and overall cost-effectiveness.
