Lifedrink Company APPOINTS NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS AS OF JULY 1

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Lifedrink Company,inc. (2585.T) announced changes to its board and executive structure effective June 25 and July 1, following its 54th regular shareholders' meeting and board of directors session held today.

Additionally, Hiroyuki Kono was named Executive Vice President and Factory Oversight Division Chief, and Junko Suzuki joined the board as an external director. Meanwhile, Ryoka Miyagi and Yukari Hata also remained as external directors overseeing audits. Chieko Inoue was newly appointed as an external director responsible for audit oversight.

Effective July 1, Hideki Fujibe continued as Quality Control Division Chief, Daiju Shimizu stayed on as Corporate Management Division Chief, and Shohhei Asai maintained his role as an executive officer without a specific division assignment. Notably, Masakazu Minami resigned from his directorship upon the conclusion of the shareholders' meeting and transitioned to advisor status.
