Leader Electronics Sets Five-Year Business Plan Through FY2030
TOKYO, May 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Leader Electronics Corporation (6867.T) unveiled its five-year mid-term management plan covering fiscal years 2026 through 2030. The strategy targets achieving ¥4,000 billion in equity value and improving earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) to ¥1.800 billion by 2030.
Key initiatives include transitioning from a traditional measurement equipment manufacturer to a video and communication solutions provider. The company plans to enhance shareholder returns through aggressive investments, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
It also aims to optimize costs across broadcast-related businesses and imaging devices sectors. Financial goals outlined in the plan include boosting operating profit to ¥850 billion in fiscal 2030 while maintaining a robust capital structure.
The firm expects to achieve annual sales growth, reaching ¥1 trillion by the end of the strategic period.
