Kyoritsu Maintenance COMPLETES SHARE ISSUANCE UNDER RESTRICTED STOCK AWARD PROGRAM

TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Kyoritsu Maintenance CO.,LTD. (9616.T) completed the issuance of restricted stock awards totaling 44,500 shares to executives and directors on July 17.
